The B.ED.Degree Course consists of one annual examination, the teaching method used in this course include classroom based teaching lecture, practice teaching in school, micro teaching, criticism lessons work experience, community work, social service, assignments and supervised practicals, component in the laboratories. The assessment methods used in the annual session of the course include three internal examinations and a University Examination.

The students shall abide by underlined rules and regulations and code of conduct and those which are enforced from time to time.
  1. Admission of the students will be confirmed after full payment of the prescribed college fee and documents required for the admission.
  2. If the admission is withdrawn then no amount of fee will be refunded.
  3. Student are required to obtain the identity cards from the college office without which they cannot enter the college premises and avail themselves of the facility of various co-curricular and extra co-curricular and extra co-curricular provisions.
  4. As per University rule if a student attends less than 75% classes he/she shall not be eligible to appears in the University examination.
  5. The student does not qualify in the internal examination with minimum prescribed marks he/she shall not be eligible to appear in the University examination of that subject. There shall be three internal examinations during the course period one year.
  6. The student shall be responsible for proper handling and safe custody of lab equipment used by them. Any damage or breakage or loss during the use or custody of students shall be recovered from them.
  7. The student shall participate in games and sports activities as per the given schedule.
  8. Normally the college-leaving certificate will be issued only after completion of the course.
  9. The students shall not form any union or association. No student is supposed to participate in any kind of strike or agitation. Anybody found guilty of doing so will be liable to face strict action including expulsion from the college.
  10. Ragging is strictly prohibited. Anybody found guilty of it shall be punished severely including expulsion from the college.
  11. Hostel accommodation to outside students shall be provided on demand.
  12. All authorities of hostel management lie with the principal and warden. The Principal is the custodian of all the hostesl.


  1. Fill the given admission form.
  2. Attach the following documents with the form.
    • A demand draft of Rs 550/- towards processing fee in favor of Tarkeswar Narain Agarwal. Teachers' Training College, Payable at any Nationalized Bank, ArA District Bhojpur (Bihar).
    • Four additional copies of candidates passport-size photographs.
    • College leaving certificate.
    • Copies of mark sheet from class 10+2, +3 or equivalent degree.
  3. Submission of the completed form in the college counter or sending it by speed post to the Principal.
  4. If found eligible for admission in the B.Ed course, the college will send you a call letter to complete the admission formalities.
  5. The admission formalities mainly include :
    • Counseling or direct admission
    • Verification of marks/documents by original
    • Fee payment (Admission fee, course fee etc)
    • Submission of migration certificate, transfer certificate etc.
    • Confirmation of your seat in the hostel by paying the hostel charges
  6. The fee can be paid in cash at the college cash counter or by a demand draft in favour Tarkeshwar Narayan Agrawal Teachers' Training College payable at Ara (Bhojpur), Bihar.
  7. The candidate shall loose his/her entitlement for the admission if the fee payment is not made on or before the due date.
  8. Decision of the principal regarding admission of any candidate shall be final and cannot be challenged.
  9. Candidates may feel free to inquire about their selection/admission status on telephone or by e-mail.


        In the first year every outstation student will be accomodated in the off-campus in a rented private hostel, Outstation student can also arrange their own accommodation.


The Collegbe Library / Book Bank has a suffciently large number of relevant books on multidisciplinary and multidimensional literature. It subscribs a number of periodicals and journls. The most attractive is the internet access and digital library, a large collection of CDS. A good number of educational magazines on the applied subjects and all major newspapers form an integral part of the library and the Book bank facilities are also avaliable to all B.Ed students. The process of locating and buying the course books could be really cumbersome for new students. To make it easy and trouble-free the college will provide text books on annual basis to all the students of B.Ed. class. All newly-admitted students are required to collect the text books as suggested by the teachers.


The Institute will welcome all the new students at a welcome ceremony with flowers and sweets.
